Oil Free Ginger Lemon Dressing

Oil Free Lemon Ginger Dressing
Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp. real maple syrup
2 Tbsp. Bragg's aminos (can substitute Coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. ginger
Additional:
1/8 - 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp. real maple syrup
2 Tbsp. Bragg's aminos (can substitute Coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. ginger
Additional:
1/8 - 1/4 cup water
Directions:
In a two cup measuring cup, mix together the liquids: lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, and aminos.
Add the spices: onion powder, garlic powder, and ginger
Add 1/8 - 1/4 cup water. You want enough water to fill the measuring cup to the 1 cup line.
Mix with a whisk until everything is well incorporated.
Yield: 1 cup
Will keep in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
